Small Value Items : Strings, small parts etc. are shipped free of charge. There is no guarantee on the delivery time. This is normally via a regular Royal Mail Postal Service so there is no tracking information. Postal times can vary considerably depending on where you live and the service in your area. Larger Items : Necks, Cases and larger items are normally shipped with UK Mail and there is a charge. A tracking number is available to follow the delivery. Although this is normally an overnight service, it is not guaranteed unless you choose to pay an additional 'timed delivery' charge. There are sometimes additional charges for addresses outside the regular UK mainland. Complete Guitars : New bass and guitar orders are normally shipped free of charge with UK Mail. This is normally a 2 - 3 day service but an exact delivery date is not guaranteed unless you choose to pay an additional 'Express Delivery' charge. There are sometimes additional charges for addresses in remote areas. There is no 100% guarantee on any delivery time. Stuff happens. Items sent via regular post have no tracking number or guaranteed delivery time. Although an inexpensive service we have lost virtually no deliveries and packages do arrive... eventually. Depending on the package, we sometimes use 'International Signed For', 'AirSure' or ParcelForce 'Global Prioroty'. These do have some tracking information but it is not a guaranteed service.
